Understanding the Notifications Tab in Bitkode #
The Notifications tab in Bitkode serves as a centralized location for tracking all email communications sent from the system. It provides visibility into which notifications were triggered, by whom, and when.
Key Features: #
- View all system-generated emails, such as:
- Password reset requests sent to users
- New user invitations and account setup notifications
- Monitor delivery of important documents including:
- Payslips
- FS3 forms
- Access a detailed log of what was sent to each user’s portal, ensuring transparency and traceability.
This feature is especially useful for administrators who need to audit communication history or troubleshoot delivery issues.
Accessing Notifications in Bitkode #
To view system notifications in Bitkode, users must have the appropriate Administrator permissions.
How to Access Notifications: #
- Navigate to the Core section from the main menu.
- Select Notifications to open the log of system-generated emails.
This section allows administrators to monitor all outgoing communications, including:
- Password reset emails
- New user invitations
- Payslips and FS3 forms sent to users
- Messages delivered to user portals
