A new Worked Hours Report is now available within Payroll.
This report gives you a clear breakdown of each employee’s worked hours over a selected period, helping you verify and reconcile data quickly before processing payroll.
BOV SEPA Update
For Bank of Valletta customers, the default SEPA file now uses the latest version by default, ensuring seamless compatibility with BOV’s updated payment processing requirements.
Improved Performance for Bulk Approvals
We’ve made a major improvement to how the system handles approvals:
- Leave Change Status (Approvals) and
- Attendance Change Status (Approvals)
These are now processed in the background, allowing you to manage large batches of updates efficiently without affecting overall system performance.

Need to export your payroll data into a SEPA XML file? The process is simple — navigate to your payroll batch, select Generate SEPA File, and the system will produce a compliant XML file ready for upload to your bank.
