How do I get free online training?
We offer free e-learning courses for our customers. You can do the training in at your own pace and then ask us any questions you may have.

How do I access a live demo?
We offer a free demo account to our customers while they are doing their online training. Our support team will set up a demo account when you start your e-learning course.

What will it cost to upgrade to bitkode?
Nothing. The upgrade to bitKode is free.
Your existing WorkForce licences are transferred automatically. In addition, you get free training for your team, a free demo account and free support for six months.

Has the licence model changed between WorkForce and bitKode?
No. The licensing model has remained exactly the same.

How will the upgrade process work?
We will start by having a conversation about the upgrade and how best to tackle the migration of your data. We will provide you all the support you need to ensure that the upgrade is a success.

What about migrating my data from workforce?
Your data will be migrated from WorkForce to bitKode as part of the process. You will have the opportunity to check the migrated data to ensure that everything is there before we go-live.
- All essential data and documents will be migrated
- All custom data templates will be migrated
- All pay-runs and reports will be migrated
- Your custom modules will also be migrated
What about support?
We want to ensure that your transition to bitKode is as smooth as possible. We are so committed to this that we are offering free support for six months to make sure that your upgrade is a complete success.
